Vacuum & Altitude Chambers
Series WT-D and WK-D
The vacuum-temperature and vacuum-climate test chambers WT-D and WK-D enable reproducible tests of highly stressed components in the aviation industry.
Our chambers allow the simulation of extreme flight programs in accordance with the relevant standards. For many years they have benn applied in the fields of research, development, production and quality control.
Standard products fit perfect for
- Volumes from 150 l to 1.350 l
- Humidity at atmospheric pressure
- Temperature and Pressure combined above 400mbar
- Pressure down to 10mbar
Altitude Chambers TA, TAH, CTAH
for Aeronautic components testing
- Reaching depression level of 100 Pa (1 mbar), adjustable from 1 atm to 1 mbar (all useful flight altitude values can be simulated)
- Temperature range: -70°C / +200°C
- Humidity (optional) can be operating at 1 atm or under low pressure (icing tests)
- CTAH 1m3, TAH 15m3
- Standard range TAH: 125 l / 500 l / 1.000 l / 1.500 l (not "combined", i.e. no humidity with altitude)
- All Quotes for Special Request on Technical Specifications
Thermal Vacuum Chambers – TVC Space simulators
for satellites and Spacecraft equipment testing
- Pressure value down to 10-8 mbar, stabilizing in use in the range 10-3/10-7 mbar, without adjustment (only space conditions are simulated)
- Temperature range: -180°C / +180°C
- IR ageing or sun radiation can be simulated
- TVC 20m3, TVC 1,3m3, TVC 240L, TVC 200L
Low Temperature Chambers – Nitrogen Cooled Chambers – LTC for satellites and Spacecraft equipment testing
- Pressure = atmospheric
- Temperaturerange: -185°C / +200°C
- Simulates the mechanical stress in thermal cycling on satellite antennas, for example, for lower costs than in TVC (global budget)
- LTC 12m3, LTC 16m3, LTC 31m3
